Return Process

  2. Await Approval:

    • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
  3. Return Authorization:

    • Once your return is approved, our team will guide you on how to send the item back to us.
  4. Pack and Ship:

    • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RAN on the package.
    • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
  5. Inspection and Confirmation:

    • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the damage or fault. This process usually takes 3-5 business days.
  6. Refund or Replacement:

    • After inspection, we will process your refund or send a replacement item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over RM200.
  • PINJIA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
